Just a warning before purchasing Asus, I purchased my laptop in late March 2006, they offered a 24 Month Global warranty. I started to have problems with the screen after 3 months, to this day (1 year and 9 months), they still refuse to repair it and don’t even reply to any of my emails, so I strongly suggest not to purchase Asus.

Samsung lately released a new camcorder model, the HMX-M20 for the South Korean market. The all new hybrid camcorder weighs just under 269 grams and it features a 1/2.33” Back Side Illumination (BSI) CMOS sensor which reduces noises while recording full HD videos.
The Samsung HMX-M20 camcorder also has some additional features like 2.7-inch LCD touchscreen with 230k colors, 3D noise reduction, 8x optical zoom with 12x intelligent zoom, Magic Touch UI, Hyper Image Stabilization, 32 GB internal memory and SD card slot.

Everyone is on the go these days and notebooks are outselling desktops in a lot of urban markets. Luckily I've been able to have access to a lot of the new technologies coming out and the Toshiba Satellite A215-S5849 15.4″ Laptop has come across my desk. I've decided to write a brief review of this well priced Satellite. I'm going to discuss what this notebook has to offer as well as who will get the most out of this little Satellite. Let's start by popping the hood.

This notebook is blue, and I don't find it too attractive. I'm not sure if you can find them in another color but it is rather ugly. I guess if “onyx blue” is your favorite color you'll disagree with me. As a matter of personal opinion I don't like these fancy notebook bezels. I recommend seeing one of these in person if at all possible before the purchase.
The screen is lovely on this Satellite. It certainly won't disappoint and can operate at a resolution high enough to render a 720p signal. The integrated graphics card leaves a little to be desired. The fact that it shares nearly half a GB of your 2 GB of RAM doesn't sit well with me. Don't expect to play graphically intensive games. It will do fine on simple games and watching videos or some simple image or video editing.
The integrated webcam works great and runs at 1.3 megapixel, rendering an image about as good as the majority of YouTube videos I've ever seen.

The connectivity is good. I particularly like that they offer 4 USB slots. I would like to maybe see and HDMI output (I would like to see one on every laptop) but I recognize that the inexpensive video card prohibits such luxuries.
All together this is a great mobile offering from Toshiba. It is in the middle price range, on the lower end at that. You should be able to find it for around $600 bucks and it is a great deal at that. It would do treat a student or average notebook user well.

a) Lenovo IdeaPad U1 Hybrid

b) Motorola Backflip smartphone
Scheduled for a global release at the Q1 2010, the Backflip comes with a 528-MHz Qualcomm MSM 7200A processor on Google Android 1.5 OS, 3.1″ touchscreen that natively supports 320 x 480 resolution, Wi-Fi, 3G and 5-megapixel camera. Besides, the device supports Moto Blur social-networking add-ons, Bluetooth and a 2GB memory card that can be expanded up to 32GB.
However, the best asset of the Backflip is its unique design. When it is closed, both the screen and the keyboard face out. The device can be flipped in a V-shape or totally flat to watch a movie or it can be used as a picture frame or alarm clock. First, I did not buy this for video. I am a photographer. If video was my main concern then I would have bought a video camera. The rolling shutter issue commonly mentioned does happen but only when moving or shaking the camera so fast it would make anyone watching the video dizzy or sick. I have played with the video for the fun of it and non of the videos have had the rolling shutter issue so I really don’t think it is much of a problem. I would like to see video dropped so that real useful functions can be added like built-in GPS, voice memos, and built-in wireless data transfer just to name a few.
Without getting long winded in trying to explain every technical detail I can tell you that this camera will offer incredible creative control. My D300s replaced a D200 and I am in awe at the improvements the D300s has over the D200. The two cameras are not even a close comparison. The D300s is faster in every category and has great high iso noise reduction, especially for a DX sized sensor.
I shoot a lot of winter sports and the D300s has great battery life in cold weather. I am also happy with how quick and accurate the autofocus tracks a fast moving subject. I should mention though that autofocus is noticeably slower when using a Sigma or Tamron lens. The Nikon lenses are lightning fast.
All the controls are logically placed and understandable. The menu is incredibly easy to navigate. I especially like how well you can customize nearly every button on the camera to do what ever suits your needs.
Another feature I like is how well it controls multiple flash units. This handles the Nikon Creative Lighting System with precision. I could keep rambling on about how much I am enjoying the D300s but I am tired and will stop here.
I would highly recommend this camera! It makes me smile every time I use it.

I am very very happy with this product. It is easy to operate, it is comfortble to hold, it takes excellent pictures, plus I think it is a pretty camera. It has a number of options to choose from. I couldn’t be happier.

I totally recommend this camera to anybody looking into buying a digital camera. I had previously purchased a Kodak digital camera and a $10 digital camera given to me and they were so difficult to function to the point where I could not get a decent picture to come from them. I was a little apprehensive from some reviews telling me that this camera should not be used until you had read the manual front to back. I am not technologically savvy at all and I was working the camera and taking beautiful pictures without barely reading the manual the day I got this beautiful camera in the mail. The night time pictures appear as if I had taken them on the brightest summer day of the year. Just Beautiful. I’m glad I hadn’t opted to just choose a random camera off the walmart shelf because I am a very impatient person, this camera was sooooo worth the wait. I hope you love it as much as I do.

I absolutely LOVE my Nikon Coolpix!!! The pictures are beautiful. I’m not quite sure what the people that have bad pictures coming out are doing with their camera, but my pictures are great! AND the video is wonderful! I am having so much fun with it. I was able to take great videos of my kids during their snow day from school. It only takes a couple of seconds transfer everything from the SD card to the computer. I would recommend this to anyone!!!

Great Camara for the Price – Best in Class – Awesome ISO & Zoom.
I did a good comparison with the leading brands. Comparing ISO, Megapixel, Featuers like Image Stabilizer, Face Detection, shutter speed, Optical zoom and others. This camara came up ahead and cheaper than other brands.

I have big DSLR Nikons and I end up using the small one most of the time and love it
It allows me to get shots I cant with the DSLR,
I think its a great camera for the money and is nice to work with.
Maby it isn’t as sharp on prints over 8X10, but it’s great at 6X4 and that is mostly what I print.
Very pleased with this camera.
